Discovering The Music Within
Karen Sanders is Solo Musician based in Sacramento, California. From the tender age of 5, Karen always knew she would be a musician, her mother started her on piano. At the age of 10 she switched her primary focus to the flute and then at 18, the saxophone. Music has been a journey of exploration by touring the country with several bands, playing cover music and fronting bands, but her real passion is writing music. With the virtual instrument technology available today, Karen is able to express all the parts she hears in her head, including the instruments she does not play, like drums or guitars, to create a fully produced song with a full band sound.
